Since ending my coaching sessions with you and the group, I have lost an additional (fluctuating a bit) 10-12 pounds.
I have been on vacation for the past few weeks and have not completely followed rule #1...but I know what to do, my decisions, no excuses, no beating myself up.
More importantly, I feel great and I do not obsess over what I can/can't eat, should/shouldn't eat, or need vs. want to eat any more! I continue to exercise...using your [workout] app and my own activities.

I do feel the dieter's mentality slip in from time to time but I know better and use what I have learned and what I know to refocus. I loved my time with you and the group and would consider additional coaching at some point because I do believe it helped in many aspects of my life.

Mantras and Affirmations… I find that most women who come to work with me think repeating a sentence or phrase over and over will help them change their life…almost like a brain washing technique. Or a “if I say enough times I will believe it”
And I know this because I used to do it.
I used to LOVE memes that have mantras, affirmations, inspirational sayings and motivational quotes …it’s like that little kitten poster we all had growing up on our wall that had the adorable little kitten holding on for dear life and it said “just hang in there!” …giving us some spark of inspiration that if we just held on long enough or muttered some words to ourselves IT would happen….whatever “IT” was.
