Part of losing weight is about food and if you are deep in Dieter’s Mentality.. food will be a HUGE part of your journey. When you are in Dieter’s Mentality, you think you need to eliminate food or food groups. So if you are restricting foods, the foods you DO eat …you want them to taste good. The irony of this is if you are in Dieter’s Mentality you are probably eating food that does NOT taste good. Hence why when you DO eat something you like… you want to overeat it because you just can’t get enough of …listen in for more.
